I will be baking my sourdough bread tomorrow (Finally!!). But today I will be making my leaven. To make my leaven I will be transferring 1 tablespoon of my culture into a clear bowl. I added 1⅔ of cups of flower mix and and ½ plus ⅓ cup of water! I then mixed it with my bare hands. I then covered it with a kitchen towel and let it incubate for the night..
