Day 20

Today I decided to check my culture by the hour! I was able to check up on it four times today!

2:30 pm; I checked in and observed my culture. It looks rather the same as the past few days. I was only able to see two gas bubbles ( a sharp decrease). I will check in at 3:30pm and see if I can observe a difference.

3:30 pm; I checked in an hour later! I was able to observe a small change! A semi-large gas bubble formed! Other than that it seems the same 🙂

4:30 pm; Again I came back to check on my culture and I observed another minor change! It looks like two other gas bubbles decided to join in!! Other than that looks about normal.. I will check in one more time :))

5:30 pm; I came to check on my culture one last time and I observed no change…. Looks like I am done for the day !
