I checked my culture and thankfully more bubbles formed! The top had a brown-ish crust and it smelled like rotten cheese. I transferred a tea spoon of the bottom culture to a fresh small bowl. I then added two table spoons of my flour mix! I mixed it with my bare hands and covered it with a kitchen towel.
