Day 5

I checked my culture again. The smell was not as awful as the previous days! The top was not as dry as before, and there were gas bubbles present!! I then transferred a tea spoon of my bottom culture into a small clear bowl and added 2 tablespoons of my flour mix. I then added warm water and mixed mixed and mixed. I then covered it with a kitchen towel and placed it into a dark spot in the kitchen. I will be doing the same steps for the next 10 days!!
