I came back to check on my ball of dough (30 min later) and it was a bit more flat. For my final form, I flipped it over and folded over each side (four times). I was able to stretch out each side of my dough without ripping it. I them placed a kitchen towel into a semi-large bowl and dusted some rice flour onto it. I then carefully transferred my dough to the bowl. I placed another kitchen towel on top…Now I will wait 3 hours for my dough to rise!
